Is anyone catching on these lakes(any species), or has it been reduced to just fishing with all of tis high pressure we've been getting?

Havent been to LBJ because of the boat traffic. It should be better now that school has started. We were on Inks a month ago and caught a lot of small fish on top waters around the docks.
Fished Buchanan a couple of weeks ago and had a ball with the whites and stripers mid lake. Caught some bass in Council and Morgan creeks on the points. Have fun.

When do you think the boat pressure will start to slow down on LBJ?

My guess would be pretty much right after school started.. The other day we went for a drive to Canyon. Had lunch at Baja. It was tuesday after the labor day weekend. Also drove over to Cranes Mill. We didn't see the "whole" lake but on that day we saw maybe a total of 2 boats on the water.
The next week, again on a week day, we drove over to LBJ to talk to a dealer by the marina yacht club. Continued on over to Horseshoe Bay. Saw maybe 3 boats.

LBJ should be good now on boat traffic.
