Never fished Striker before but I am looking to fish some of the smaller lakes in East Texas.

Bass lake? Patterns? Where on the lake to start?

Always pray, and never lose heart. Luke 18:1

I am passionate about 2 things, bass fishing and bass fishing.

Don't waste your time. Hit naconiche or nacogdoches instead

Haven't fished there in years but I always had the best success fishing the discharge using TX rigged lizards. That area produced a lot of numbers but very little size.

After the severe drought and subsequent low, hot water a few years ago the bass were much more scarce than usual.

A biologist actually told me that fishermen had really fished it out and they had to restock it, and this was before the drought and low water. I see where it has been stocked again since then. In your opinion have they recovered.

I really liked the crappie fishing there until the drought. I would really like to hear they have recovered but i see they have not been stocked.

Can you let me know if the bass and crappie have recovered?

Give a man a fish, feed him for a day.

Teach a man to fish, he will sit in a boat all day and drink beer.
