Fished mid-lake. Water temp from 64-68 from 3 ft clarity to stained depending on how far back in the creeks we went. All fish caught were in the back 1/3 of Creek arms. Marked bait balls in the middle 1/3 to the back of the creeks at 20-10ft. Narrow arms produced the best bite. Wide flats were innafective. Caught 16 fish from 6.5# to dinks. A couple of 4's and a few 3's. Bright sky's with a southern variable wind. Best pattern was a jig bite tight to wind blown vertical timber on the shady side of the stump in 4-8 ft of water. Fish were holding close to the bottom to middle of the timber. Couldn't get the same fish to hit a square bill but would hit a jig. Couple on moving baits working grass lines near a channel drop-off. When we saw an active fish they would smoke a frog or a spook. Not a single fish caught close to the bank. Good luck and tight lines.
