why would Fayette be 5 feet lower than normal ?
what is the blue discharge being released into the lake ?

Not real sure where you got this information from, but if Fayette is five feet low, then no one can launch a boat. That would be lower than I have ever seen it. But they could be doing something out there at the plane that required them to drain it down. And something blue from the discharge is weird too. Not unless they are doing some kind of testing to get a better understanding of the hot water flow. Hmmm, Im gonna have to look into this and see if I can find an answer. It doesnt sound right. Last time I was there, it was 18 inches low, but they normally do drain it down during the winter months.
