I was just reading another forum and a man said he fished Dunlop today and got zero bites. He seemed surprised by the no bites.

I have fished Dunlap a lot over the winter and fished it last Sunday. On Dunlap, the fishing has been tough. There is so many big schools of bait that is easy pickings, it is tough to catch them. However, if you have a secret bait to catch under these conditions go for it; I don't have the bait and it has been tough for me. I fished Placid last Friday and had a surprising good day. A lot of small fish but a keeper here and there to mix in. Far better bite on Placid than Dunlap.

Perhaps I could offer some input if I knew what type of fish you want to catch?

Sorry, I was fishing for bass and the big schools of shad have a lot of bass on them but I haven't found a bait that catches them consistently around the shad. I do catch fish in other areas away from the shad but it is very slow.

I'd bet you your lunch money those are catfish you are graphing. That lake is full of them. I've caught suspended blue cats on a drop shot out there.
