I stocked several hundred black crappie, bluegill and fathead minnows in April and in May and June the rains came.
Water ran over my spillway for almost 2 months at a high rate and still is a little.
Pond is 4 acres and backs a creek up about 3/4 mile.
Did I lose everything?

You lost some but losing all is unlikely. Back in June after we had a heavy rain I found a 8" crappie in the grass that came out of a neighbors pond.

GENERALLY and MOSTLY, fish go upstream in a flood. You will more than likely find that your fish are now in the creek. But, I doubt that all is lost.
