Nice bass. I grew up as a young child and teenager fishing that lake. I have darn near walked the banks of Vilbig all the way around it 35 years ago. It has some nice bass, crappie and catfish in it. Would pay money to fish that lake again, brings back a ton of memories back when kids were not getting in trouble and just having fun....

I used to take my son fishing there before there were any houses. Caught a lot of fish and had a lot of fun. Seems like it was a gravel pit lake with some pretty deep water. I wonder if it's silted in very much?
