What exactly does this mean for tournaments??? If there�s no minimum limit then why the �only 2 under 18� can be retained�? In a tournament I�m not going to retain any fish.

So you can keep 2 fish 0�-18� and 3 over 18�??
Or nothing over 18� can be kept???

For smallmouth bass (if present), minimum length = 14 inches. There is no length limit on Alabama, Guadalupe or spotted bass. Combined daily bag limit for all species of black bass = 5 fish.

In a tournament unless it is an MLF format, you have retained the fish the minute you put it in the livewell even if you weren't "retaining" the fish to take home and cook.

Sorry I should have put a lol after the �retain�. I should have put detained for the duration. Lol not sure GW would accept that term. Sir I was only detaining them until weight in.
