Since having my electronics upgraded in October 2017, I've had a lot of electrical issues. I called the installer and he said he hooked it up the same way the old unit was installed and recommended taking it in to a mechanic. I took it to Lake Park and they said the LI battery was bad. While waiting for my warranty replacement, I ran a new lead acid from Lake Park which wouldn't last a full day. I got my replacement and still have problems with losing power after 8 hrs on the water. I've also started having one of my units shut down each time I crank the engine. Does anyone have a recommendation for a tech around DFW who REALLY understands electrical workings who might can help me figure this thing out? I don't want to bash the company that did the install and if I can't find anyone else, I'll take it back to them. I'm just trying to get fresh eyes on the issue. Please post any recommendations and I'll just overlook if it's the company I used.

I had to run two separate new circuits directly from the battery. Solved my issues. Which were similar to yours.

A DMM is your friend. Test each splice and connection to ensure 12v+ and that batteries are being charged properly.
