I have only been on Texoma 3 times in my time here in my new home of Texas.
I was wondering if any of you fellow lip rippers out there have ever used flutter spoons there?

I've done good during the summer around the floating docks. You usually only need to fish the first ten feet of water since they are suspended under the docks.
