Update on the Hydrofoil - this thing is bad-a--!!!

Hole shot was improved (had a good hole shot before but helped) and I can stay on plane to around 15 mph with a 18' 8" bassboat that was fully loaded.

Biggest improvement was when I was running fairly hard (50-62 mph) and it seemed to take the 'roll' from side to side out.

Highly recommend it even if you don't really need one.

If you like that one go buy a plastic one from bass pro that goes behind where that one is.

I had the plastic and then bought one of cb ones since it looked cleaner and quickly took it back off, it did virtually nothing on my boat except cause a lot of spray.

I could plane at 10 before talon install with the plastic one and cb was 18mph to plane.

I paid 60.00 dollars for mine at academy. Puts my boat on pad instantly. 115 Mercury on an 18ft Stratos, so speed was never a concern.
