I have a couple questions on this up coming team tourney. This will be my first team tourney with bass champs, and I read the rules but I still have a few questions.
1. Am I understanding right that you can launch at any ramp, as long as your at the check in site at the required time? Yes / No
2. Take off numbers will be assigned?

3. Also I'm assuming the check in site will be at Lake Fork Marina?

4. There is a check in at days end as well, I'm assuming at same place the morning check in was at?

Again sorry for the questions ive never fished a tourney with assigned numbers and the idle through check in deal. Thanks in advance..

You can either check in on Friday form 6-8 ( double check their website for times) or you can check in the morning of. You will get assigned a number for weigh in purposes. They will then inform you of the off limits, first cast, last cast, etc. Yes, you can trailer to launch or do so right there at LFM. Check in is at LFM as well, you'll see the stage set up.

You've got some time to understand the idle through check-in deal... That doesn't happen at Fork. It is a truly a trailering tournament.

For the rest of them, you can launch anywhere, but you have to be in the staging area when they do the Anthem (dang country music version with the twang, not a traditional march) and start calling numbers. You communicate with fellow boaters, and get in general groupings. You line up, have live well lids open, and then idle by the staging dock or boat. They will tell you your check-in time, and how far you have to idle before you can begin your run on the lake in question.
