I have a humminbird helix 7 si at the console of the boat and a humminbird 898 si on the bow. The 898 is a little out dated and looking to upgrade, I've been looking at some better pricing options on Garmin and Lowrance. Thoughts and opinions on what you like? It will definitely have side imaging though

I would stay with Humminbird. They're definitely changing the game with MEGA imaging. That coupled with 360 imaging you should be able to see a fish fart. Hahaha.

If your looking for better imaging.....go with Humminbird Mega imaging. Set pretty damn good right out the box. You can get a Mega SI for the console and a Mega DI for the trolling motor
