He left me a new Humminbird Helix 10 Si GPS combo with the XHS 9 HDSI 180 Transducer. Now if the weather will just cooperate maybe I can find a new Ethyl for 2018. Life is good. While I have your attention, anybody know a way to attach a SI transducer to a Minnkota trolling motor? Do they make a special bracket to do this ? Thanks

Thanks everyone, just found them with google and will call them and give them the info they ask for. Thinking about mounting the ducer to the jack plate, anyone like this idea ? Any complications or interference. It's going on a Skeeter ZX190.

My Mega Transducer is mounted near the livewell inlets without the TS&S, never had a problem but I do think it about when reversing.

ZX225 by the way so same layout, here is a picture:

Thanks for the picture, do you have any interference with prop wash messing with your GPS speed or sonar on plane? Does the ducer ever bend up ? Thanks

The ducer has never moved (I check it all the time when washing), the nuts are tighten very tight and are slightly grooved to grip. No sonar or depth on plane at all, fades out at about 12-15 MPH. GPS speed has never been an issue though.

You arent going to get any sonar on the jackplate either when on plane. I have considered getting the y cable to link to the old through hull ducer for sonar on plane, but I just havent seen a need. Most of the lakes I fish I am focused on the chart so I can see the tracks I have instead of hitting stumps.

Tell em what you have. I know they hooked me up with a jackplate mount designed for the skeeter ZX hull. I can side image 20’ deep at 7-8 mph. My buddy who stays in new ZX 250s didn’t have that specific jackplate and could only side image at about 5 mph.
