does the color of braid matter? I really only see green so that's what's what I use.

for me it does as I always use a leader attached to the end (either mono or fluor) There are many colors of braid once you get into saltwater and fly lines.

Makes ZERO difference. I use Yellow, Gold, Pink, or multi-color so I can see it.


Power Pro has red, green, and yellow.

Sometimes I can't see yellow well in flat light conditions so I do this:
