Probably a long shot but...
Not buying my boat till September-ish but the thought of having to wait till then makes me shutter. Does anybody rent boats for a month or months? I gotta get on the water!!!

Think there's a couple of places around fork that lease by the day but not sure about long term.

The marina at Joe Pool has a boat club where you pay a monthly fee and they have several types of boats that you can use. I think it is a year long deal but can ask around for something similar
