I know I'm a little late to the party, but while I was at the classic expo, I got to experience what a awesome company Costa is.

A buddy and I were walking around checking out the booths at the Expo and stopped by the Costa booth the see the new Silver Sunrise Mirror lenses. Everyone already know Costa has the best lenses out there, but there have been some issues with the gaskets staying on and the warranty not being that great.

Well, they had a booth set up for cleaning and repairing glasses. I waited in like for 10 minutes or so and started talking to Mike. He tells us that Costa is fed up with the complaints about the warranty, so they are sending a group form the corporate office in Florida from tackle show to tackle show repairing and replacing customers glasses. He takes my 3 year old Fantails and throws them in a tub with 100's of other Costas, pulls out a brand new frame, pops 580 glass lenses in them and hand them to me and said here you go. I was shocked. We continued to talk to him for a few more minutes and he looks at my buddies glasses. He says "why do you have the blue mirror lenses? You bass fish, those are for off shore fishing. Do you want some green mirror glasses?" Long story short, he switched them out, even though there was nothing wrong with his glasses. Gotta give a shout out and a big thank you to Mike and Rasheem

I know, TL;DR- It sounds like Costa is trying to improve their warranty. If you have old, damaged glasses, send them in with the hashtag CostaCares

Man that's awesome! I knew I should have gone to the expo. I've got a pair that I've already sent in once for warranty work on a plastic trim piece coming off. A month later it started peeling off again. I love the glasses but now wish I could trade them out for another frame design that doesn't have that plastic piece...I bet those guys could have taken care of that for me.....I may have to stalk them and find out when they'll be back in town...Lol!

Where can I get the address to send them for warranty? I've called them for the past 2 weeks and haven't reached a live person yet.

Go to the website and you will click on the Repair tab, it will walk you through the process. Usually cost like $10.95 for shipping and handling. They will contact you via email once the glasses have arrived and what steps or options you have. My last pair took about 2-3 weeks to get back

Yes sir, if you have any questions . Pm me on here and I will get a email notification. It is pretty self explanatory once you get on there. You will have to create you a account.

Wow nice stuff RO519!!

I went by the booth a couple times but seemed like 40 people there each visit so didn't get to see those new lens! Maybe everyone was getting their glasses repaired! I LOVE my Costa's for both fresh and saltwater! I don't like the frame rubber pieces falling off but have sent them in for the $10 or whatever it is and they have replaced the whole Frame not just the bad piece.

They took care of me recently too. Bought a pair off of Steep and Cheap just to wear every day. I have another pair that I just use when I'm fishing. Arm broke. Sent them in and they were discontinued. Paid $12.95 and got a brand new pair of my choice to replace them. I was impressed.
