Who was it having trouble with catching non target species? He had a couple threads last week about bass fishing and caught a catfish and a drum?
Went out late afternoon to do a little kitty fishing. Used cut bait sunfish on the bottom and chicken breast on a Santee cooper rig and caught three LMB including one 22" - 5#14oz pig!
And not one catfish!

Haha.
I caught many bass on fresh cut mackerel on Lake Casitas while catfish fish fishing.
I learned to sloooow down while fishing plastics for bass.
