If your going to fish for smallmouths between Eisenhower and Grandpappy would you buy a texoma only license..i prob wont fish the lake but one time..

As long as you stay on the Texas side of the Red River channel all you need is a Texas license... the only place it gets marginal in the areas you mentioned is just below the south point of little mineral where the river channel swings right in on the bank. Probably no need in getting a Texoma license, but remember if Oklahoma catches you fishing without a licences in Oklahoma water they CAN confiscate your gear if they so choose to do so.
