Switching to 36 volt system and thinking of just putting my electronics on one of the batteries. It doesn't cause any problems to the fish finder with so many volts?

not recommended, you will most likely get RFI on your fish finder. Need separate battery for trolling motor and fish finders

I haven't had that experience.. I run my bow finder off of one of my 24v trolling motor batteries. I use the "first" one in the series chain of the two batteries. My trolling motor is a Motorguide Great White 82lb thrust, finder is a HB 746c
