I was there a couple of weeks ago and it was real muddy. Bring someone with you or where shoes that can get wet!

I went Saturday. The lake appeared to be about 3' high. The water was off color to muddy, depending where you were. I stayed on the new side, so I don't have any information for the old side. I connected with 14 fish on Saturday. Only boated 11. I had 2 that wrapped me up and broke off, and 1 come off because I had P---y hookset. All but 2 were caught on a June Bug Power Worm off of the newly flooded bushes. Just about every green bush had a fish on it. Most were in the 12 to 14 inch range with a couple nice ones. It was still a fun, hot, humid day.
