I took my teenage son and nephew last Saturday to Cypress for his birthday. Bass were 1/2 way back in the creeks, no more no less. Most were males in 1-3ft, caught the girls in 5-8 ft anywhere deeper water was near the bank. Fished North Mid lake creeks all day. Boated around 15 or so the biggest was 4lbs.

Black and Blue jigs / dipped Zoom Watermelon red Trick worms w/ 1/16oz Texas rig. Caught a few on Red Rattle Traps but the main bite was the trick worms.

Water was stained and 60f most areas.

Hope this helps, have fun.
