 Anybody have an early 90s model Champion 204 Bass Boat???

My dad has a 93 Champion 204 and needs a new USCG placard for his boat because his is unreadable. We found were he can order one but he doesn't know exactly what his should read. If anybody has one and could post of picture of it I would greatly appreciate it. All he can read on his placard is the horsepower rating and it says Any V6

thanks Steve but what I need is a picture of the whole USCG placard so he can order the right one for his boat. As far as maximum weight capacity, maximum # of persons, etc...
