dont think so, campground and grounds itself have been closed for a few years now unless someone new opened it up

Closest boat ramp is Westberry landing...located south of Cade's where the power lines hit the east bank of the main lake. I know duck boats launch off of hwy 31 up the river but don't know anyone that's launched a bass boat up there. If you know the lake you can run within a 5-10 minute idle from Cade's coming from the south.
