You know how you catch those fish that aaalllmmmost touch the line. Check this guy out, caught him at Rayburn Saturday, this will be his first year to be a keeper, and he grew his tail to make sure he touches.

Unless it was a really really long time ago, there hasn't even been a slot on Rayburn.

There hasn't been a slot on Rayburn in atleast 8 years.
And if "this will be the fishes first year to be a keeper" he's alot younger than 8.
