I have been having issues with the old lvrd7 breaking. Last winter I purchased a bulk order and now face an issue. I have broken around 12 in the last year. After speaking with customer service, I'm glad they discontinued them. Basically you have to have the receipt or it'll take 6plus week if they are not "abused". Broke 2 this weekend. Has anyone else had a problem?

P.S. No I do not hit the console or slap the water, They all break in the same spot.

I haven't any problems with my old LVRD7's. I'm thinking you got a bad batch... It's a shame to see you have so many problems because those baits are money. Hope everything works our for ya. thumb

I have to ask: When are you noticing that they're breaking? When you take them out of the box? When you tie them on and make a cast? When?

After about 3 hours of fishing with each.

I've not experienced that issue and throw that bait quite a bit in the early spring.

I have bought quite a few on sale at Cabelas. No issues yet.

To notice the crack, you have to pry it apart. It is hair line.

I think it's just a bad batch of baits. Kinda looks like the construction of the bait is weak and they slipped through quality control.
