Going to be upgrading my electronics soon. My finder is located about 2 o'clock on front deck and pat weekend took a weight to the screen. Since I'm going to be changing graph's, thought about changing location as well. Looking to see if more people mount above trolling motor pedal or off to the side like I currently have.

A bridge mount across the recessed foot pedal tray seems the most popular and sturdy. Plus you probably won't be pitching and flipping directly forward.

At least a couple of companies make that mount type.
Precision Sonar Mount
Dek-It mount

+1 Either one of those would make an awesome mount. They get the graph up high too making it much easier to view and change settings.

this is what I came up with for mine. Like you I wanted it moved more to the center.

I have a 9inch touch screen mounted on a Ram mount on the opposite side of the boat from the trolling motor. I like it off to the side better than in the middle and with the Ram mount you can adjust to the perfect position or angle you need for best viewing.
