I fish a marina 4 crappie on eagle mountain and can never catch bass. They're are plenty of docks to fish with poles and break water. Also bass are always jumping from the summer months to mid fall.

I would get a variety of bass baits and try them around the docks. I would recommend trying a Texas rig Senko, spinner bait and a square bill. That should get you started and you can expand upon it like the rest of us and have more tackle than you have room to store it. Good luck!

Never been to EM, but I'd bet you can catch em' on a drop shot around the marina or docks! I took my little boy to a bass fishing tourney for kids a day before his 2nd birthday. He finished 6th out of 40 kids, and all he used was worms and a finesse drop shot on his mickey mouse pole. We fished off the bank around a marina.
