mounting dual graphs at the console. anyone DIY bracket?

looking at options to put 2 998 graphs at the console and wanted to ask for options and opinions. has anyone made their own bracket? anyone made your own bracket like for over the bow? looking at these products for examples. THANKS!! http://precisionsonar.com/sonar-products.htm

Brother had one made locally for the bow to run a humminbird onyx and a lowrance touch 12 for a fraction of the cost of some of those brackets. See if I can get you some pics and a reference to the guy that made it. Looks as good as the ones they wanted $400+ for.

All you need is 3"x3" 1/4" aluminum angle with stainless bolts and fender washers

On mine, I just mounted each with their brackets they came with. One on each side of the trolling motor recess. No extra costs. Well, except the extension cable for one of the transducers.

Made it myself probably had $75 into it. I'm 6'2" so I put it at the Height I wanted. 1/4" aluminum.

After seeing this pic I now realized the CONSOLE is what the angler was asking about. Lol. Sorry. On my console I have one mounted on the factory bracket and the other to the side on a ram mount.

Looks like the brackets from bass boat tech are priced right. I also like the duralocks. Anybody have a opinion on them. Y'all run one or two on the graphs.

guys i really appreciate all the feedback!!
i didnt even think about essentially building a shelf! makes sense and i like that i can put as many contact points as i would like to brace it.
