 Do bass target crappie?

I know bass will eat crappie but has anyone ever had any luck targeting a school of crappie to catch bass. I know that bass look for bait fish. But just wondered if this is a technique that some body has used... You always hear the crappie fisherman catching huge bass, I have caught my biggest bass crappie fishing.

Oh I see the pics and I crappie fish, just wondered if the big time bass guys do target them for big bags...

we never landed them, but back in the big grassbed days on little caney, while reeling in crappie, we had multiple 8 lb bass attack the crappie. we didn't have any swim baits, so short of fishing with the crappie....so yes they target crappie.

Bass champs was filming a show on RR a few years back and a bass was floating on the surface, one of the fisherman went over to investigate it and it had a huge crappie lodged in it's mouth. They pulled the crappie out and let the bass go back.

as stated in the op... I know bass eat crappie. I was just wondering if anyone has targeted a school of crappie and actually bass fished it and had success. I know I never have

That was Texas team trail....I've also seen a bass with a crappie stuck in its throat...crappie fishing and I've had bass come up and steal the crappie off the hooks, tried bass fishing same area with bass lures everything I threw couldn't catch them. One of the lunkers caught was a crappie fishermen, crappie stopped biting and he threw out a swimbait and caught the lunker, so yes bass do target crappie free easy big meal, they also target bream fishermen bream fishing as well, there's a cove on fork filled with bream and I've tried bream swimbaits never could catch one, (but I have learned a trick to catching them as of now) old crappie bream fishermen taught me this past weekend.
