Thanks, this will only be my second time on that lake. Went two days ago on the south end (Wise Park launch) , same thing - Zeroed ......ah well, maybe today. Man, that lake sure gets ROUGH with just a little wind !!! Thanks for the reply shipmate... God Bless

I would recommend small baits, size 1.0 and 1.5 crankbaits, small flukes, etc. The shad are really small on most of the lakes right now. I have had best luck lately on 1.5 size medium divers fishing 4-8ft have not been on Bridgeport this year but if I was going I would be down sizing baits.

Lee when I gave you that copy of the 1950's map of Eagle Mountain Lake there is a map on the back of it for Bridgeport. did I happen to copy you on that? if so call me and I'll walk you thru a few spots

Thanks all. Well, fishing was (for these two) slow. Wise County Park and further south. Not much. Went north towards Hwy 380 but, Lordy, it got ROUGH...so not much fishing there. We managed one each small large mouth bass....maybe 7-8" ....slow. Water temps of 80+ and wind. I will have to look for the map David, if you gave it to me, I have it...LOL, Lord knows where but I have it, I'll have to look God Bless
