It has been pouring in Abilene non stop for at least the last 4 hours. Looks like Hubbard Creek has been getting a good rain to. Anyone around there know if it is going to help the lake much? I know Abilene has had at least 6 inches of rain so far and it isn't letting up anytime soon.

I'm in Cisco and it's been doing the same thing here. I hope Breckenridge is getting their fair share too.

We've got some good rain here in Albanybutnot as much as Abilene. My gage only had 1.5 in it at 8 am. Hopefully the big rains in Cisco we south of 20 and continued east some.
I'm rolling out to check the lake in a while.

Raining here in Breckenridge but not that much. I'm SW of Breck about 7 miles. As of 9am I received about 1/2". Hopefully more to come.

I know this doesn't belong here, but do any of you guys fish tournaments in this area (Breckenridge, Abilene, Eastland, etc.)?

If so, please message me. I never hardly hear of anything going on in our area, or I would be there.

There are many club tournaments around here. Stillwaters, Texins, Arrow Ford, Jim Ned, Haskell. I am sure I am leaving a few out.

Not sure if it will fill phantom up but it is defiantly going to see a rise.

According to the USGS lake level site Hubbard Creek has come up a little over two inches since midnight, a little over an inch in just the last hour. It's still raining so maybe she'll come up some more.

Any kind of substantial rain in July is a blessing. I'm glad some of y'all who need it are getting some.

Those lakes built in an arid desert type region are sure tough to fill up and keep full...
