I grew up on that lake. It has a few decent bass in it along with some sandies. If you want some specific spots just pm me and I can help out.

I live here. Decent bass but its a mud hole right now. It had a serious flood. No need for locations as you can fish the entire lake in a day. You can get up in Christmas Creek and do the best. But you are going to run through two foot of water sitting on top of 6 foot of silt to get there. It has a few sleeper bass but we have been catching a lot of dinks lately.

Oh, and there was a spree of break ins at the ramp. There is only one ramp. There will lots of unsociables and teenagers partying at the ramp on the weekends.

When did that start? I've been going 3-4 days a week for the last 2 years solid without incident.... Hope it's a random occurrence, I'd hate to whoop some kids [censored] breaking into my vehicle.

Find a dock, you'll find fish.

Happened several times recently. One guy was caught. Always park by the maintenance building and not under the trees near the picnic tables. They were busting out windows. I have my CHL and when I'm unloading my side arm always "accidentally" shows.
