Taking a few days off in a couple of weeks and thought about running up to Broken Bow.
Never seen the lake, so wondering how fishing is there (bass).

Beautiful lake! I went home a few weeks ago... we caught over 70 in 7 hours. Nothing big though... soft plastics are the way to go.

We were there at the first of April. Most of the bass we caught were on baby brush hogs rigged on a shaky head. Caught a few on Bandit 200 crankbaits. Good luck!

Been catching them on yellow magic real good. Especially early. Watermelon red fluke and senco. Let me know if you are looking for a cabin and I would give you more info.

Lake is high right now. Topwater early over submerged vegetation and pitch soft plastics to bushes and shade.
