First off, they make a great jig. I really like the action of the swimming jig and how easy it is to skip under docks. So, I'm sold on the jigs.
However, what really impressed me is their customer service. I won't go in to details, but essentially I placed an order this weekend and the total product price wasn't very high. (less than shipping). Today I received an email from Mindi that they were not charging for the product or shipping and the product would be shipped today. I'm not a huge customer by any means, but this type of service will keep me coming back.They didn't have to to do this.First class all the way!

Mindi is definitely the best. She has handled everything on my orders so quickly that I seem to get them almost by the next day.
I got to fish with Mark last week and received so much information about not only fishing the swimjigs but also other techniques and baits I wasn't as familiar with to catch big fish on Fork. I only had one issue with the swimjigs. My shoulder is still sore from the bass slamming that bait.
