I've been poking around maps looking for new spots to fish and ran across this lake. Can't find any useful info on it other than it was closed to the public in a 2007 post. Anyone know if it is open to fishing and/or has a boat ramp or public use facility? Thanks in advance for any current info

Ha! I just found this lake on a map and searched TFF looking for info and found this thread. Must be closed if no info on the board.

I've heard rumors that it's well stocked but it's not open to the public.

Twin Oaks is on a Luminant Power site where Twin Oaks Lignite plant was to be built. It was to supply water for the plant. The plant was canceled but there will probably be some kind of plant built there in the future. There is no public acess to the lake. Luminant has several warehouses and lots of equiptment stored there. There is also a full time crew on the site.
