I just heard them say he had a 15 minute penalty this morning, anybody know what that was/is?

He stepped on to a dock and landed a fish after he fell in.

A fish blew up in a slip, he flipped over the walkway into the slip and the fish ate it then wrapped him up, as he swung the boat to the slip it bumped the dock and knocked him out the boat. He kept his hand on the boat and finally got back in. The fish was still on there and he stepped on the dock with 1 foot but shifted all his weight to the dock to reach the fish in the slip

So what happens if you commit a similar infraction on the last day? They can't levy a 15-minute penalty tomorrow.

How many guys not on camera should be penalized? How would anyone know unless they or the Marshal turned them in

The guys I have ridden over the years are very concerned with staying within the rules. Reputation is everything. However some being on camera will be interesting in future tournaments. There are some things where they could break a rule and not even know it. For example this year we were about to go in one cut that had a buoy way out in the middle. All the other buoys we saw had "hazard" on them. This one had "No Boats". you could have easily fished the cove and not noticed it. No one did that I saw but I wouldn't be surprised if someone went in there during the tournament. We couldn't ever figure out why that cove had a "No Boat" buoy. There wasn't any apparent reason for one to be there. We did see a few protecting swimming areas.

I don�t know, most ppl I associate with could care less who stands or falls on camera. Cameras can also be disabled, renendered interoperable or simply set dusk til dawn. I thought witnessing somebody fall on here would be a bonus!
