 Good spots on Lake Belton?

I used to be station at Fort Hood back in 06-09 and never got to fish Lake Belton. Does anyone have some good spots to try? or what bait to use?

there are some cuts by the dam on the left. Start there.. Jigs and drop shots.

There is a big tournament out there on Saturday so it might be quiet on here until after April 7th.

yeah no one is going to talk about Belton until after next Saturday. We pre-fished Saturday and caught a TON of fish, but only 2 keepers

Fished a tourney there Saturday. Took over 16 to win and over 12 for a check.

Caught 30 last week and my buddy caught 45. It's easy out there but lots of small ones
