Water is right at 50 degrees in the area and dropping, with rain and cold temps on the way. Are you guys mostly rigged with the winter presentations on the deck by now? A-rig, jerks, jigs, craw cranks...?
And what are your favorite craw cranks in the 5’-10’ depth range?

I've been having some luck with a 3xd or 5xd in craw color lately. Find rocks and stumps in 6-8 feet of water and and work the crank slowly, maintaining contact with the bottom.

I thought the red was from ingesting an abundance of grass whilst consuming the zooplankton? No real grass to speak of on Lewy. Some hydrilla in Ray Bob.
