Does anyone know if the PFDs bobbin and CO2 are universal? As in, can I buy a general replacement from Cabelas? Or is it a Bass Pro only part?? Thanks for any input.

I know the Mustang/Onyx re-arm kits will work in either vest.
I use the AM-24 mostly, and I've recharged it a few times with a Mustang recharge kit, and vice versa.

It's all about the head style. They usually have the water sensor that is brand specifiic, but the co2 is co2...

Find the right size co2 cartridge with the right connector (some have 1/2 inch threads and some have a quick disconnect). Some are 24 gram some are 30 gram. The yellow bobbin is universal. To answer your question, yes you can find a cartridge at Cabelas that will fit your bps vest, just have to match everything up
