I have not fished there since last year, and was thinking about heading there this weekend. Does anyone know how the bite has been?

From looking at satellite photos, I've always wanted to try it sometime, but never made over there. Is there a significant smallie population at all?

There is smallmouth in it , there is a open tournament on it June 17th also.
