My son and I will be fishing PK in about 3 weeks. I have never been on that lake to fish. I'm not looking for waypoints but any general location/pattern that works well on that lake?

Fished it for the last 5 weekends in a row, totals in progressive order have been as follows,
10 fish on 2-18 , fished up the river, and in rock creek, biggest fish went 6 lbs
caught 42 fish on 2-25 from Cedar creek, biggest fish went 5, lots of small fish
caught 20 fish on 3-4 , from cedar creek to south D&D, biggest fish went 4lbs
caught over 100 bass, 15 strippers and 3 sand bass on 3-11 from Dam to cedar creek, biggest fish went 6.5 and lots of small fish
caught 20 yesterday nothing over 2.5 lbs, in caddo creek,
majority of fish are coming off an Alabama rig, and a DT6 shad colored crank bait, points, creeks and main lake pockets with brush, better days have come when I found them schooling, lake is really in good condition right now.

Fish up shallow just about every where you go.

Im going tomorrow. My cuz just caught a 4.5 lber a few mins ago.

I have a texas rig with watermelon red on one rod and a KVD 1.5 sexyshad on the other. Those any good for PK?
