I was already beaten down today going completely bite less on Whitney, that means not a tap. I fished hard and did what I thought I should be doing. Figured it was just a tough day, till I got home, NOT! 75 teams limited and that was the final blow to my self asteem. I may sell out and become a bank cat fisherman. I don't want to know any secrets but what pattern did I miss? I have rolled it around in my head all day and probably most of the night. Put an end to the pain please.

That lake will do that to you sometimes. A lot of people throw a shakey head and a a-rig on that lake

Don't worry about it, happens to everybody. Rick Clunn has 0'd before. There's always another day so forget it and move on. Better luck next time.

Shakey head was a dinkfest shallow for me,never found any quality fish

Those big fish are staging right now. I mapped the lake for a customer and it is full of excellent contours from 20 to 30 ft. just off the spawning grounds at the mouth of and running inside of every cove. If it had more quality fish in it as the one pictured above, then I would be down there. It is just like all lakes; you have to fish 20 of those kinds of spots just to locate ONE excellent spot.
