 Hds gen 3 downscan

I just got some gen 3 touches and am having trouble how to show downscan. When I go to the structure page all that shows up is sidescan. Anybody know how to fix this?

There is an option on the right side of the menu bar that says "left+right"....touch that option and a menu will come up to show the options of structure scan including down scan. Tap on down scan and it will change the view.
Hope that makes sense.
