I have 788 on front and a 998 in dash. Just install helix 9 on front when I turn on helix my 998 in dash keeps shuting down then turn on and shuts down over and over. Turn helix off and it will stay on. Power is staying at 12 volts Hope somebody else has had this problem.

Do all of your units have the latest updates? There was an update a while back specific to the issue you are mentioning. You need to go to Humminbird.com and register all of your units (if you haven't already done so) and download the latest updates for them onto an SD card and then put that SD card with the update specific to that unit in the card reader.

This only applies if you have all three units interlinked of course. If you don't, it's a power issue.

Do you have them wired individually straight to the battery? If not or unsure, try disconnecting the ethernet cable and see if you have the same problem. There's a subforum for these things and some very knowledgeable people in there that will probably give you a fast answer.

Update all graphs that are networked together so they all are running the latest update and that should solve your issue.

How are they wired for power? Does it have a map card in it?
