I have a 1996 70hp motor on the back of my bass tracker. The other day I was out running it and stopped and before I completely stopped with the motor in neutral the motor died, it did this all day and its smoking real bad too. I have plenty of oil and gas. Also when you take the cover off the motor you can see the gas/oil mix in the bottom of the motor. I was thinking it could be Gaskets? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Could be a fuel line leak. You can take the cover off and squeeze the fuel bubble and see if it's leaking under the cover. If it has a leak the motor will suck the air easier than the fuel. That might be why there is fuel in the bottom of the motor. Just a guess though.
