Is it your boat or are you a co-angler?
How do you transport your other tackle?
This would help understand what you want. However, the sterilite clear shoe bins work well for bagged plastics.

Well i transport all my tackle in a big white bag. I only have 1 tackle box for hardbaits and one small tackle box for hooks and weights. And i want to seperate my types of plastics from (lizards, worms etc) but i dont know if i should put them in bags or boxes. And im not wanting to spend alot of money.

I use my custom Back Pack for all occasions. I restock it often. I stock my soft plastics off the pegboard walls in the shop due to the lake and recommendations of the person that has the experience on the lake. Every lake calls for a little different approach and the pack gets filled accordingly. It attaches to my seat and or tall pedestal for traveling down the lake. Everything is right there with me; so there is no digging in compartments for anything.
If you are interested I have a couple of the Digital Camo. patterns left. They will also carry several rods for cross country travel and fishing out-of-the way ponds.

Plano 4307 SoftSider Speed Bag I recommend one of these for your soft plastics. I used to use the Falcon speed bags but I switched to these and they are awesome. They're great for when I fish in someone else's boat! They're durable, effective, and not costly.

I am a co angler mostly and I carry one tackle box for all of my terminal tackle, hard baits, and supplies. I use a small duffle bag/gym bag for my plastics. I group them and put the retail packages of lizards, ds baits, craws, rattlesnakes, trick worms in individual labeled gallon zip lock bags and throw them in the duffle. I by no means take all of my plastics, but this does allow me to carry over a hundred packages pretty compactly and easily access the type of technique bait I want. I mainly fish plastics (85%+) so it is a must. I love it ever since I started doing it and the whole bag can generally fit in one of the small compartments on the back deck not taking up any deck space.

I have a large duffle bag and a small one filled with with the gallon zip lock bags labeled just like this. I can carry both of them in my boat but when I'm fishing back seat I take the ones I think I'll need in the small bag. Works great.

Storage compartment behind passenger seat is for Co's tackle. Most of my partners bring soft bag. BPS has some pretty good ones.

I use 12" tool bags from harbor freight. I had a coupon for 4$ a bag. Yes I went in there..... No I'm not proud but I couldn't justify snap on tool bags in my boat .
