Got this rod in a trade. All star calls it a "hoppin jig rod". It's a medium action extra fast tip, but feels Close to a medium heavy. Thinking of using it for finesse jigs for skipping under docks. Or as a senko/fluke rod. What do you guys think the best application for this rod is? Would it make a good all around truck rod?

Sounds like a great choice for dock slingin and senkos.

Would also work well for shaky head, split shot rig, rage rig, heavier mushroom heads and slider head, light tubes.
The extra fast tip limits the versatility some--might pull away the lure on some moving bait and treble hook applications.
