So,

I have a lake lot on fork. Back in the 80's when the were making the lake my grandfather bought 7 lots near searcy branch (just 2 coves north from the 154 bridge). Over the years they have sold all but 1 lot and I have it now. It's a bare lot (pretty grown with trees) and has the remains of a pole dock. I have all the heavy equipment needed to clear it up. Would anyone be interested in sharing a place to stay at Fork. Travel trailer, double wide or something of the sort.

I would cover any of the cost to build the dock, get utilities (easy since houses on both side of the property with boat houses) and wouldn't charge any rent to keep the trailer there. Just would want to be able to stay there when I go up to fish.

Have you ck'd for restrictions... I'm sure the people that have house's would love having a Mobil home or T/T next to them unless that's what they have.

Sounds like a good opportunity for someone. Great location as well!

There's no restrictions at all. There are nice modular homes around it already.
