What grass? Hasn't been good grass up there in years. Actually the entire lake. A few areas here and there but nothing like the old days. Plenty of big fish shallow if you know where to look

Canyons was good for about 20lbs a few weeks back. Spots of hydrilla here and there...

They are shallow. Fished Thursday thru Sunday, didn't catch many over 3 pounds.

Just saying. Cassel Boykins isn't the north end. North end starts around the highlines. Everyone has a different definition tho. There's grass in buck bay. And bear creek.

If you're looking for grass, like Andrew said, there's plenty in Buck Bay.

I've found lots of grass just outside the hay grass. It's just starting to grow back but they are in it. Like Latta said, they are plenty of big fish shallow if you figure out the pattern.
